ClearPath Title is led by attorney Stephen Urciolo. Every closing is reviewed with legal care, and every client gets straight answers — not legalese.
We focus on three things, every file: a clean closing, good communication, and flexibility when life or the market shifts the timeline.
We work with buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and real estate agents across East Tennessee — from Sevier and Blount counties through Knox and beyond.

Office Manager
Alexis
Alexis brings a passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences to her role at ClearPath. With a background in client relations and a degree in Fine Arts, she combines creativity, attention to detail, and a people-first approach to every interaction.
Originally from Northern California, Alexis made Tennessee home in 2017 and has enjoyed growing both personally and professionally within the community. She is committed to creating a seamless, positive experience for clients and believes that clear communication and genuine connections are at the heart of great service.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys traveling, singing, attending live theatre, and spending cozy evenings at home with her husband and their two beloved cats.
Closing Operations Manager
Shelly
Having spent most of her life in Florida, Shelly proudly made East Tennessee her home in 2023. After graduating from Mariner High School in 1998, she began her career in the title industry in 2001 and has been passionate about helping clients navigate real estate transactions ever since.
Since 2007, Shelly has served as an Office Manager and Licensed Escrow Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations of title and closing services. Her experience includes serving clients throughout Southwest Florida and, recently, East Tennessee as well. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring every closing is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Her goal is to make each transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.
Outside of the office, Shelly enjoys embracing everything East Tennessee has to offer. Whether she's spending time outdoors, enjoying weekends on the lake, exploring the beauty of all four seasons, or making memories with her dogs, she's grateful to call Tennessee home.
